My mom and I attended Penny's yin yoga class on Saturday and had so much fun. We felt at ease immediately as it was easy to follow along. All of the poses were explained by Penny and could be modified according to any skill level. I highly recommend this class due both the chill vibes and the intimate class size which enables Penny to provide one on one instruction.
We want to thank her for her calming words, her energy and the quote she recites at the end of the class. As always, being in Penny's presence is an absolute delight and I look forward to many more practices with her in the future.

After completing my first 4 week session, I am hooked! Already feeling an increase in flexibility, and reduced stress level. I come out of each session feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
