10 years ago, as a last resort to help ease the pain of my three herniated discs in my lower back, my yoga journey began. It wasn’t long after I began practicing yoga regularly that I began to feel relief. Sweet sweet relief!
Not only did my back have less pain and more flexibility, I also began to feel a shift in my mental well-being. I still remember in my first month of practicing yoga, I was lying in Savasana thinking to myself, “I want to make other people feel like this”. Today, I am doing exactly that!
A resident of Ennismore, I am a smalltown girl through and through. This is so true that the very first yoga class I guided was at our local Community Centre to my hockey Mom friends, of which I will forever be grateful.
I have been blessed with 3 children who inspire me to bring my big dreams to fruition! I retired from the optometric field to pursue my passion projects. In addition to yoga, I love to put my creative energy to work making healing stones. When I began wearing healing stones, I was overcome with the incredible benefits, and like yoga, I just knew I needed to share this with others.
I am living proof that when one door closes, another opens. Using breathwork, movement and meditation, I act as your guide to help you improve your personal well-being in your body, mind and soul.

Whether you are an experienced yogi or just getting started, my classes are very relaxed and inclusive to everyone.
